HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULFIL MY ORDER?
Please allow us between 7 to 10 business days to make your clothes with the precision, care and high-quality finish it requires.

WHAT IS THE UK DELIVERY TIMELINE?
Once your order is posted, we estimate you will receive your order within 3 to 5 business days of its posting date.
IS DELIVERY FREE?
We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
We offer free returns on all orders within the UK.
For international orders, return shipping is paid by the customer.

We deliver across the UK, Europe and many international locations.
HOW DO I TRACK MY UK ORDER?
You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email (please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to go live). If your parcel is being delivered by Evri then you will receive updates from them on the day of delivery giving you a 2-hour delivery slot and the option to divert your parcel.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?
Yes, we deliver in most countries using DPD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location and vary depending on your order size.
DO CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES APPLY?
Some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes at the charge of the buyer.
- Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country from the UK, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes.
- Our carrier will contact you once your parcel has shipped and before delivery, for you to pay these additional fees directly to the carrier in case they apply.
- Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us.
