Shipping & Returns
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We are a slow fashion brand committed to working with highly skilled artisans and dressmakers we trust and value. Please allow us between 7 and 10 business days to cut and sew your garments with precision, care and high-quality finish, before shipping commences.
If you haven't received a shipping notification after 10 business days, please email us at hello@tarunah.com. Please note that this production time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
UK DELIVERY
Standard delivery: Within 3 to 5 business days of its posting date.
You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email (please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to go live). If your parcel is being delivered by Evri then you will receive updates from them on the day of delivery giving you a 2-hour delivery slot and the option to divert your parcel.
Evri (Hermes) delivery
- You will receive an email & SMS confirmation of estimated delivery date with option to amend delivery.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an email & SMS confirmation of 2-hour delivery slot with option to amend delivery.
- On the day of delivery, if you are not in when Evri make the delivery, you will receive an email & SMS confirmation of attempted delivery.

DPD delivery
- You will receive an email & SMS confirmation of estimated delivery date with option to amend delivery.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an email & SMS confirmation of 1-hour delivery slot with option to amend delivery.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive an email & SMS delivery notice 5-15 minutes before delivery.
- If you are not in when DPD make the delivery, you will receive an email & SMS confirmation of attempted delivery, reconfirming delivery attempt with options to re-arrange below.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location and vary depending on your order size. Orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom depending on the workload of the studios we work with.
- Some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.
- Since the 1st January 2021, if your parcel is being delivered to any EU country from the UK, it may be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Our carrier will contact you once your parcel has shipped and before delivery, in order for you to pay these additional fees directly to the carrier.
- Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your item.
For UK orders, returns are free. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tarunah.com Once we receive your email including the reason for return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For international orders, return shipping is paid by the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
